Triple-check to make sure your code or promotion is valid. We run limited time only sitewide promotions from time to time, and once they're done, they're done!

If you need help with a valid promo, gift card or credit, check whether the following applies to your situation:

*   **You’ve already used the code.** A few of our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past, chances are, it won’t work again.
*   **The items aren’t eligible.** Check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your bag aren’t excluded items.\* Packs, Membership orders, and clearance items are often excluded from promotions because they are already discounted. Store credit and gift cards can't be applied to Membership orders, so you'll need to apply them to a regular order. 
*   **The code has been entered incorrectly.** Whoops! The codes are case-sensitive, so enter them exactly as they are written and try again.
*   **The code has expired.** Check the code's expiry date, as some run for a limited time or expire after a set period.
*   **You’re trying to apply it to your Membership order.** Since subscription orders are placed by the system, there’s option to include a code. 
*   **Codes can't be applied on top of each other.** You can only use one promo code per order. If you already have a code included in your order and you add another, the code that will give you a higher discount will be applied to the order.
