Short answer: Yes, as long as it is within 14 days of your delivery date and has the hygiene sticker still attached and in original condition. We now have a self-service returns portal you can process your return. Just enter your order number and email address to start the process! If you used guest checkout, click "gift return," and enter your order number and shipping zip code.
Long Answer: We can accept returns for any of our swim products, as long as the following guidelines are met
- You contact us to set up the return/exchange within 14 days from the day the package was delivered
- All hygiene stickers are still attached in their original condition
- The item has not been worn (tried on with hygiene sticker okay)
