My friend didn't get the gift card I sent them!

If your friend has checked their inbox/spam folders as well as verified their email, please reach out to the CheekSquad. We approve each gift card, so yours might not have been approved yet.




Please make sure your friend has checked all folders in their email inbox. For example, if your friend is a Gmail account holder, our email alerting them of their gift card may end up in their "Promotions" inbox tab. If your friend uses Yahoo!, Hotmail, AOL, or another email provider, and they don't think they've received their gift card, it wouldn't hurt to have them check their "Spam" or "Junk" mail folders.
