Please make sure your friend has checked all folders in their email inbox. For example, if your friend is a Gmail account holder, our email alerting them of their gift card may end up in their "Promotions" inbox tab. If your friend uses Yahoo!, Hotmail, AOL or another email provider, and they don't think they've received their gift card, it wouldn't hurt to have them check their "Spam" or "Junk" mail folders.
