Wonderful question! First and foremost, anything leaving the warehouse is checked for quality, though if you did receive something that was damaged upon arrival, please chat with someone on the CheekSquad and we'll happily assist.
Damage after Use
Given some users do experience damage to their garments after use (just like any garment), we do have some best practices to prevent garment damage in the future. We totally understand things happen and our team would be more than happy to field questions about your undies. Additionally, if your washing machine ate your undies, we may not be able to approve of a replacement item.
Also, under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we are not able to replace undies consumed ripped or destroyed by your pet. With that said, if you haven't used your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, chat with someone on the CheekSquad and we would be more than happy to get you a fresh pair.
