• How can I delete my account?

    Please reach out to the Cheeksquad if you want to delete your account, but just know we are super sad about it.

  • How do I reset my password?

    To reset your password, simply go through the "Forgot Password" flow at log in. This will send you an email to reset your password.




    Whether you forgot your password or just felt like changing it, here’s how you can reset it on your end:

    1. Click Log In on the upper right corner of the website to display the pop-up window or simply use this link: Reset Password.
    2. Click “Forgot password?
    3. Enter the email address associated with your MeUndies account and click the “Reset Password” button. An email with the subject line "Validate your MeUndies account" will be sent to your email.
    4. Copy your MeUndies verification code and type them in on the Reset Password page along with your new password.



    If you’re already logged in and just want to change your password:

    1. Head to your Account page and proceed to the “Account Info” tab.
    2. Below the PASSWORD section, click “Change” to display the pop-up window.
    3. Enter your old password and your new password, then Save.


  • I’m locked out of my MeUndies account!

    Our system likes to be super secure, so give it a couple of minutes, refresh, and try again. If it still doesn't let you log in, go through the "Forgot Password" flow to regain access.




    We currently have a system in place where when someone enters too many incorrect passwords, they get locked out from their account as a security precaution. After one minute, refresh the page and follow the link below to reset your password.

  • How do I update or delete my payment information?

    While we can’t modify your payment info for you, you can do so in your account under "Account Info". Please note that Membership accounts require at least 1 valid payment method at all times.




    To add a payment method:

    1. Head to your Account Page and click the Account Info tab.
    2. Under the Payment Method section, click Add New Payment Method. You can add a new card or a new PayPal account.*
    3. Click Save.


    To change your default payment method:

    1. Click the radio button of your preferred card or PayPal.
    2. That’s it.


    To delete a payment method:

    1. Head to your Account Page and click the Account Info tab.
    2. Click the bin icon of the payment method you want to delete.**


    *ApplePay is another acceptable form of payment, but it can only be used at checkout since it requires a passcode, touch, or Face ID authentication.

    **If you wish to delete a payment method linked to an active Membership, you must first add a new default payment method before you can delete it.
